Hand-forged from a single length of 8mm mild steel, this iron bracelet features a twisted central section and two traditional forged scrolls.

Each bracelet is shaped by hand at Stronsay Forge in Orkney, using traditional blacksmithing techniques. The steel is twisted, curved and finished to bring out the flowing lines of the design, with polished highlights contrasting against the darker texture left by the forging process.

Each bracelet is individually forged, so slight variations in shape, texture and finish are to be expected.

A simple, substantial piece of traditional forged ironwork, made to be worn and enjoyed.

Made to order individually at Stronsay Forge in Orkney. Small variations are a natural part of the handmade process.

Materials

8mm solid mild steel (traditional ironwork).

Hand-forged, twisted and polished to highlight the contrast between the bright steel and darker forged texture.

Care information

Mild steel can develop surface rust when exposed to moisture.

Keep the bracelet dry and wipe with a soft cloth after wearing, particularly if it has been exposed to perspiration.

Apply a very light coating of suitable protective wax or oil to the metal when required, wiping away any excess before wearing.

Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes and household chemicals.

Do not repeatedly bend or force the bracelet, as this may weaken the metal over time.

UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, with postage calculated at checkout.

International shipping is available, with a base shipping charge of £20. Applicable import duties and tariffs are calculated at checkout where supported.
