Care Information

As a hand-forged steel knife with a natural antler handle, a little regular care will keep it in good condition for years to come.

Keep the blade clean and dry after use. Apply a thin coat of food-safe mineral oil occasionally to protect the steel from rust.

Clean by hand using a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Never leave the knife soaking in water or put it in a dishwasher.

The natural antler handle should be kept dry and protected from prolonged exposure to moisture, excessive heat and harsh cleaning products.

Store in a dry place, and sharpen the blade as required to maintain its cutting edge.
